About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Sanitation Technician to join our team at a large-scale food manufacturing facility in Albany, OR. This role is critical to maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and safety within our production environment. As a Sanitation Tech, you will be the guardian of our facility's cleanliness, ensuring that all production machines, equipment, and work areas are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before operations begin.
You will work in a dynamic environment where temperatures can range from 25°F to 110°F, and conditions may be wet or dry. The position requires physical stamina, including the ability to lift items over 60 lbs, kneel, and bend repeatedly. You will be responsible for dismantling, cleaning, and reassembling complex production equipment, inspecting your work to verify readiness for production, and reporting any equipment issues you identify.
