ALPLA is a global, family-owned, privately held company dedicated to creating innovative, customized, and recycled packaging solutions for top-tier clients such as P&G, Unilever, L'Oréal, and Pepsi. The company places a strong emphasis on valuing its employees, fostering work-life balance, supporting personal growth, and maintaining a commitment to sustainability.
This position is designed for individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will be the backbone of our packaging operations, responsible for the setup, operation, and maintenance of a diverse array of packaging equipment. From carton erectors and partition inserters to foil dispensers and palletization systems, you will ensure these machines run smoothly to meet production goals.
Your day will involve a blend of technical operation and manual tasks. You will manage the loading and building of boxes, hand-packaging of bottles, and the precise application of labels. Beyond operation, you will perform routine cleaning and minor maintenance to prevent downtime, handle material logistics like loading corrugate and raw materials, and execute changeovers between different equipment types. Quality is paramount; you will conduct visual inspections of finished goods, labels, and packaging integrity, ensuring every product meets ALPLA's high standards before it leaves the line.
Candidates are encouraged to apply directly through the company portal. The selection process focuses on practical capability and safety awareness. Successful applicants will be expected to demonstrate their ability to work safely and in an environmentally responsible manner, adhering strictly to all ALPLA policies and OSHA safety standards.
