We are excited to announce a new opportunity as a Training Supervisor within the Orica Specialty Mining Chemicals team at our sodium cyanide manufacturing facility in Winnemucca, NV. This position plays a critical role in supporting safe, compliant, and efficient operations at our plant. The Training Supervisor is responsible for developing, delivering, and maintaining training programs that ensure employees possess the knowledge, skills, and behaviors required to work safely in a high-hazard chemical environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and organized, comfortable collaborating with operations, maintenance, engineering, and SHES teams, as well as external stakeholders.

This role is based on-site at a sodium cyanide production facility. It requires regular presence in operational areas, including outdoor and industrial environments. Team members must be able to wear required PPE and participate in emergency response drills.
