About the Role
Based in our North Brunswick, NJ laboratory, this role serves as the critical first point of contact for client samples. You will be responsible for the receipt, inspection, and distribution of incoming materials, ensuring they are accurately logged and tracked as they enter our testing workflow. This position is essential for maintaining the integrity of our data and the efficiency of our laboratory operations.
In this role, you will work closely with clients to provide receipt notifications and address any questions regarding their samples. You will also collaborate with internal teams and Finance to resolve discrepancies between quotes and received items, ensuring accurate invoicing and timely reporting. As we transition from manual logbooks to an electronic LIMS system, you will play a key part in modernizing our sample tracking processes.
