The Senior Project Manager serves as the strategic leader for designated clinical study projects, ensuring that objectives regarding quality, scope, cost, and time are successfully delivered. This role acts as the primary point of contact and escalation point for clients, bridging the gap between internal operations and external stakeholders. You will coordinate all functional services and external vendors, managing the financial health of assigned studies while driving compliance with ICH-GCP and organizational SOPs.
In this position, you will develop robust project plans that include proactive risk management and mitigation strategies. You will lead both internal and client meetings, set expectations for the project team, and conduct formal presentations to a wide variety of audiences, including investigative staff and clients during bid defenses. The role requires a high level of integrity and the ability to inspire excellence within a study team, fostering an environment where team members feel a sense of ownership that drives productivity and efficiency.
