About the Role
We are seeking an energetic Salesperson to support our DIY business and drive our sales and service objectives. This entry-level position is ideal for someone with a passion for automotive parts and a desire to deliver excellent customer experiences. Whether you are looking for a part-time or full-time opportunity, you will play a vital role in helping our store achieve its goals.
In this role, you will be the face of our store for DIY customers, guiding them through their projects with confidence. Your day will involve a mix of sales, service, and operational tasks. You will provide expert advice on parts and automotive systems, assist with DIY services like battery installations and wiper replacements, and ensure customers leave with the right products for their needs. Beyond the sales floor, you will maintain store standards, manage inventory processes, and ensure the store remains clean and welcoming.
Success in this role requires a blend of retail sales experience and mechanical curiosity. You will utilize store systems to source parts from various locations, including hubs and external suppliers, while maintaining in-depth knowledge of our inventory. If you are comfortable working in a dynamic environment that occasionally takes you outside to install parts or handle deliveries, this position offers a great platform to grow your skills in a diverse retail setting.

Requirements
- verified2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment
