About the Role
This entry-level sales position is designed to support our DIY business and drive sales and service objectives. As a Salesperson, you will serve as the bridge between our customers and our inventory, leveraging knowledge of store systems, basic automotive components, and parts to deliver exceptional service. Whether supporting in-store visits or phone inquiries, your goal is to provide a top-tier selling experience that helps both the individual and the store achieve their targets.
The role offers flexibility, allowing for part-time or full-time schedules. You will be responsible for a dynamic mix of tasks, from providing DIY services like battery installations and wiper replacements to managing critical inventory processes such as truck put-aways and cycle counts. Success in this position requires a friendly demeanor, strong communication skills, and the ability to navigate both the physical demands of the store and the technical aspects of our inventory systems.
