About the Role
This entry-level Salesperson position is designed to support our DIY business by driving sales and service objectives. The role serves as a vital link between our customers and our inventory, requiring a blend of retail sales skills and foundational automotive knowledge. You will be responsible for mastering store systems, understanding basic automotive parts, and navigating our sourcing network to ensure customers receive the right products and services.
In this position, you will deliver an excellent selling experience for both in-store and phone inquiries. Your day-to-day involves achieving personal and store-wide sales goals while providing essential DIY services such as battery installation and testing. Beyond sales, you will maintain high operational standards, manage inventory processes like truck put-aways and cycle counts, and ensure the store remains clean and fully stocked. This role offers flexibility, with opportunities to work part-time or full-time, and may include delivering parts directly to customers as needed.

Requirements
