About the Role
This entry-level Salesperson position is designed to support our DIY business by helping customers achieve their automotive repair and maintenance objectives. The role serves as a vital link between store operations and customer needs, requiring a blend of sales acumen and technical knowledge of store systems, basic automotive components, and inventory processes.
You will be responsible for delivering an excellent selling experience during both in-store visits and phone interactions. Beyond sales, the role involves hands-on DIY services such as battery installation and testing, as well as wiper blade replacements. You will also play a key part in maintaining store standards, managing inventory through processes like truck put-aways and cycle counts, and ensuring the store remains clean and fully stocked.
The position offers flexibility, allowing for either part-time or full-time schedules. While prior experience in a diverse retail environment is beneficial, the role is structured to support those ready to learn and grow within the team.
