About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Product Manager to lead the strategic evolution of our banking platform in Jacksonville, FL. In this long-term capacity, you will serve as the primary subject matter expert, bridging the gap between complex commercial and retail banking business needs and actionable technical solutions. Your mission is to define and execute a product roadmap that aligns with banking priorities, stakeholder expectations, and strict regulatory requirements.
You will drive the adoption of emerging capabilities, including Agentforce and Einstein AI, while ensuring data integrity and seamless integration between Salesforce and core banking systems. This role is critical for supporting executive-level decision-making through robust revenue reporting and pipeline data quality. As a hybrid role, you will collaborate closely with Agile development teams, administrators, and senior business stakeholders to govern platform enhancements and manage the opportunity lifecycle.

Requirements
- verified10+ years product management experience
- verified3+ years managing Salesforce platforms in banking

Experience with nCino Bank Operating System for commercial loan origination and lifecycle management. Familiarity with AI-powered Salesforce features such as Einstein GPT, Agentforce automation, and predictive analytics within banking contexts. Background in payments processing, treasury management, or wealth management within a regulated banking environment. Experience driving platform adoption initiatives and conducting stakeholder training or change management programs.
