We are seeking a dynamic Sales Enablement and Change Management Lead to join our team and directly report to the SVP, Head of Banking Quality and Productivity. This role is pivotal in driving transformative change across multiple lines of business, with a specific focus on enhancing sales processes and practices.
You will serve as the architect of our enterprise-scale Financial Services Cloud transformation. Your mission is to lead change management efforts for CRM modernization, quality improvement initiatives, and the rollout of new sales tools. Beyond implementation, you will champion the adoption and consistency of common sales practices across our entire footprint. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of banking operations and business transformation, acting as a bridge between technology, product, and the frontline associates who drive our revenue.
In this position, you will orchestrate the journey from strategy to execution. You will manage the enterprise change calendar to minimize change overload, partner with stakeholders to drive the adoption of modernized CRM tools, and coordinate user acceptance testing with product and technology teams. Your day-to-day will involve developing communications strategies, packaging enablement kits like playbooks and quick-start guides, and managing go-live readiness. Post-release, you will orchestrate hypercare support, stand up adoption dashboards to track usage, and maintain a central hub for change enablement resources.
