Key Responsibilities
- check_circleOversee day-to-day delivery rhythm for all managed service engagements
- check_circlePartner with Client Success to translate renewal goals and CSAT feedback into operational adjustments
- check_circleRun weekly portfolio reviews covering hours burn, SLA performance, and risk signals
- check_circleEvaluate and assign consultants to engagements based on skill match and capacity
- check_circleDefine and uphold service quality standards including documentation and peer review
- check_circleServe as the business owner for internal Salesforce org and Asana service request boards
- check_circleIdentify automation and AI opportunities within delivery operations
- check_circleCollaborate with HR on talent sourcing, contract negotiation, and onboarding as Hiring Manager
- check_circleOperate a structured QA program with spot checks, instance audits, and post-engagement reviews
- check_circlePartner with Operations to evolve reporting on capacity, billable hours, and project margins
- check_circleMaintain a forward-looking capacity model and ensure on-target utilization across teams
- check_circleConduct standardized reviews and quarterly conversations to support employee growth and development
Requirements
- verifiedFive or more years in professional services or technical service delivery
- verifiedThree or more years leading people in a service delivery context
- verifiedWorking knowledge of Salesforce platform including NPSP, Nonprofit Cloud, Experience Cloud
- verifiedSalesforce Certified Administrator or higher (preferred)
- verifiedPMP, ITIL Foundations, or comparable service delivery credential (preferred)
- verifiedDirect nonprofit experience (preferred)
- verifiedExperience with Asana, Lever ATS, or comparable tools (preferred)
Nice to Have
Salesforce Certified Administrator or higher. PMP, ITIL Foundations, or a comparable service delivery credential. Direct nonprofit experience, especially in humanitarian, community development, or environmental sectors. Experience standing up or modernizing a managed services practice, including SLA design and runbook creation. Hands-on AI deployment experience inside a delivery org (prompt libraries, agentic workflow, playbooks). Asana, Lever ATS, or comparable tools experience. Ability to solve a Rubik's cube in less than two hours.
