About the Role
The Salesforce Administrator & Applications Manager serves as the steward of UWPBC's technology ecosystem, administering and optimizing Salesforce and related applications to advance our mission of fundraising, donor engagement, and program delivery. This role is pivotal in ensuring operational efficiency and data integrity across the organization.
You will partner with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into effective CRM solutions. Your day-to-day involves managing the Nonprofit Cloud environment, maintaining robust data governance, and driving system adoption through clear communication and training. By bridging the gap between technical capabilities and organizational goals, you will directly support UWPBC's impact on the community.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleAdminister and configure Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud and related United Way tools

- check_circleCoordinate with vendors and consultants for implementations and issue resolution
- check_circleDevelop and maintain standard operating procedures for all applications
- check_circleSupport organizational change related to system enhancements and process improvements
- check_circleManage user accounts, roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings
- check_circleOversee sandboxes, deployments, upgrades, and routine system maintenance
- check_circleProvide user training, documentation, and support to promote system adoption
- check_circleMaintain data quality through governance, validation, and deduplication processes
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration or related field
- verified1-3 years Salesforce administration experience
- verifiedExperience with Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud or NPSP
- verifiedProficiency with Salesforce configuration tools including Flow Builder, validation rules, Lightning App Builder, and permission management
