About the Role
We are seeking a Salesforce Developer based in Hartford, CT, to join our team. In this position, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining our Salesforce ecosystem. You will work collaboratively within an Agile environment to build and optimize applications using Lightning Web Components, Flows, Apex, and Service Cloud. Your work will directly support evolving business needs by managing configurations, workflows, and complex API integrations across multiple platforms.
As a key member of the team, you will not only write code but also diagnose platform issues, coordinate resolutions, and conduct performance testing to ensure reliability and scalability. You will also play a vital role in reviewing vendor partner work to ensure strict alignment with our quality standards. This role requires a proactive individual who can work independently, analyze complex problems, and drive effective solutions while maintaining strong communication with the team and stakeholders.
