Guidehouse is seeking a Salesforce Developer to support break/fix operations and incremental enhancements for an existing Salesforce org. This role focuses on hands-on troubleshooting, root-cause remediation, and delivery of targeted enhancements that maintain platform stability while improving user experience.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a production support environment, balancing urgent issue resolution with a steady flow of enhancement work. You will collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Administrators, and Architects to deliver reliable, well-governed solutions. This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD "SECRET" security clearance and is based in the San Antonio office.

Experience with real-time and batch integration using REST/SOAP/Bulk APIs or tools like Informatica, MuleSoft, or Cast-Iron. Expert-level knowledge in Apex, Webservices, Flows, VF Pages, LWCs, JavaScript, CSS, and Aura framework. Hands-on experience designing complex integrations between Salesforce and third-party applications. Experience at a 'Big 4' or equivalent consulting firm and/or Salesforce Platinum partner. Salesforce Platform Developer II certification. Experience with public sector clients. Experience with Agile or Hybrid-Agile methodology. Omnistudio experience. Experience with Public Sector Solutions, Agentforce, Box, or Mulesoft.
