About the Role

As a Wireless Specialist, you will be the face of our team. Your primary focus is to get to know your customers, discover their needs, and provide individualized service to equip them with the wireless products and services they need. This role is ideal for self-motivated individuals interested in a career in retail sales who are looking for an opportunity for growth and financial stability.

You will practice our core values while facilitating retail sales of cellular phones, tablets, watches, and other devices. Beyond the sales floor, you will create additional sales opportunities through creative marketing campaigns and community involvement events, contact current customers for follow-ups, and develop continuous knowledge of our products and services. You will also handle daily store operations, including opening/closing, inventory control, and cash management.
