About the Role

As a Wireless Specialist, you will be the face of our team, connecting with customers to discover their needs and providing individualized service to equip them with the wireless products and services they require. This role is ideal for self-motivated individuals seeking a career in retail sales with opportunities for growth and financial stability.

In this position, you will practice our core values while facilitating retail sales of cellular phones, tablets, watches, and other devices. You will engage in creative marketing campaigns, contact current customers for additional opportunities, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services. Beyond sales, you will handle daily store operations, including opening and closing duties, inventory control, and cash management, while working toward daily and monthly sales goals.
