We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Support professional to join our team. In this position, you will collaborate with customers to create and execute joint business plans, stay current with internal and external developments to suggest sales growth strategies, and prepare regular reports on key account metrics. The role involves networking with key customers to identify needs, maintaining long-term relationships, and serving as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries via email, phone, or in-person. You will also coordinate with internal departments such as marketing, finance, and operations to ensure seamless communication, and assist in the coordination of sales events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
