The Sales Supervisor works with the Assistant Manager and Store Manager to drive business success. They motivate the store team and provide a model of customer service excellence, while gaining the knowledge and skills required to effectively supervise the store.

About the Role
We have an opening for a Part Time Sales Supervisor at our Orlando International Premium Outlets (Orlando, FL) location. In this role, you will serve as a key leader within the store, bridging the gap between store management and the associate team. Your primary focus will be driving business success by motivating the team and setting the standard for customer service excellence. You will be responsible for fostering a positive team environment, ensuring associates remain focused on achieving both store and personal goals, and recognizing their successes to boost morale.
