The Sales Supervisor works with the Assistant Manager and Store Manager to drive business success. They motivate the store team and provide a model of customer service excellence, while gaining the knowledge and skills required to effectively supervise the store.

About the Role
We have an opening for a Part Time Sales Supervisor at our Palm Beach Tanger Outlet (West Palm Beach, FL) location. In this role, you will serve as a key leader within the store, bridging the gap between store management and the associate team. Your primary focus will be driving business success by motivating the team and setting a high standard for customer service. You will play a vital part in creating a positive team environment, ensuring associates remain focused on achieving both store and personal goals while recognizing their successes to boost morale.
