About the Role
We have an opening for a Part Time Sales Supervisor at our Great Mall location in Milpitas, CA. In this role, you will work closely with the Assistant Manager and Store Manager to drive business success. Your mission is to motivate the store team and serve as a model of customer service excellence while gaining the knowledge and skills required to effectively supervise the store.
You will be part of a fast-paced environment where you are pushed to be your best by smart, committed co-workers. You will be responsible for meeting personal sales goals, maximizing profitability through exceptional service, and ensuring all customer areas remain clean and present according to company standards. Additionally, you will contribute to a positive team environment by keeping associates focused on goals, recognizing their successes, and boosting store morale.
Hiring Process
We are looking for candidates with one year of specialty apparel retail management experience. Preference is given to those who can speak Cantonese and/or Spanish in addition to English. If you are ready to take the next step in your retail career, we encourage you to apply.
