About the Role
We are opening a new store in October 2021 at the Carlsbad Premium Outlets in Carlsbad, CA, and are seeking Part Time Sales Associates to join our team. This is a place where your individual talents and creativity make a difference. You will be challenged by smart, committed co-workers and pushed to be your best.
In this role, you will be the face of the brand, maintaining a strong customer focus to consistently provide quality service. You will help create a positive customer experience by keeping all customer areas clean and presenting merchandise according to company standards. Success in this position means meeting personal sales goals, staying aware of sales-to-goal status, and consistently striving to achieve company expectations.
