The Sales Supervisor works with the Assistant Manager and Store Manager to drive business success. They motivate the store team and provide a model of customer service excellence, while gaining the knowledge and skills required to effectively supervise the store.

About the Role
We have an opening for a Part Time Sales Supervisor at our Orlando International Premium Outlets location in Orlando, FL. In this role, you will partner with store leadership to drive business success and foster a positive team environment. You will be responsible for motivating associates to achieve store and personal goals, recognizing their successes, and boosting store morale. Your focus will be on ensuring exemplary customer service, maintaining clean customer areas, and adhering to company merchandising standards to maximize profitability.
