About the Role
As a Professional Sales Consultant, you will be driven to take world-class care of our customers while achieving sales goals. You will act as an inquisitive solution seeker, listening attentively and asking the right questions to deliver the perfect design solution for every client's home furnishing needs. Whether you are assisting customers virtually in our online digital showroom or inside one of our large, beautiful stores, your focus will be on building relationships based on trust and rapport.
You will receive unrivaled training in product knowledge, the technology that streamlines our work, and our unique customer-focused sales approach. Beyond sales, you will participate in maintaining price cards and light-duty store upkeep. This role is ideal for someone who loves meeting new people and takes pride in the end result of their work.

We provide set schedules for Full Time (40 hours), Modified Full Time (32-36 hours), and Part Time (up to 28 hours) employees. Requirements

Working towards or having a 2-year or 4-year college degree. Big ticket top writer commission sales experience, such as in home furnishings, automotive, recreational vehicles, or appliances.
