About the Role
As a Keller Williams agent, you will represent home sellers and buyers through real estate transactions. This involves coordinating with third-party entities, managing transaction paperwork, and negotiating prices. You will also perform strategic prospecting methods to find new clients interested in buying or selling real estate. The role requires interacting with clients through in-person meetings, phone calls, digital media, and open houses.

Compensation Model
Real estate agents are considered independent contractors. Income is purely commission-based, meaning there is no hourly wage or salary. However, there is the potential to earn $100,000+ in one year as a full-time agent.
