Sales Representative

Nauset Disposal is seeking outgoing and experienced Territory Sales Representatives to drive growth in the commercial waste removal and recycling sector. This role serves as the primary bridge between our operational teams and a diverse portfolio of clients, including retail, restaurants, office buildings, hotels, and industrial facilities.

As a Territory Sales Representative, you will manage the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting new accounts through door-to-door visits and networking to closing deals. You will leverage our Salesforce-driven CRM, ARES, to build and maintain a robust sales funnel. Beyond acquisition, you will act as the main point of contact for your existing book of business, fostering strong relationships to grow revenue and ensure client satisfaction.

The position requires close collaboration with internal departments, including Operational Hubs, Supervisors, and Drivers. This interaction is vital for enhancing strategic sales planning, resolving customer issues, and executing company initiatives effectively.
