About the Role
Nauset Disposal is seeking an outgoing and experienced Territory Sales Representative to drive growth in the commercial waste removal and recycling sector. This role is designed for a proactive individual who thrives on building relationships and expanding our footprint across retail, restaurant, office, hotel, and industrial markets.
As the primary point of contact for your territory, you will manage a book of business while simultaneously prospecting new accounts through door-to-door visits, telephone outreach, and strategic networking. The position requires a blend of field sales agility and operational collaboration; you will spend time at our Operational Hubs working alongside Supervisors and Drivers to refine sales strategies and ensure seamless account management.
