About the Role
Nauset Disposal is seeking an outgoing and experienced Territory Sales Representative to drive growth in the commercial waste removal and recycling sector. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for a book of business, building lasting relationships with clients across retail, restaurants, office buildings, hotels, and industrial sectors. Your mission is to not only sell services but to act as a strategic partner, assisting clients with pricing, service needs, and overall satisfaction.
The day-to-day involves a dynamic mix of prospecting and account management. You will actively seek new accounts through door-to-door visits, telephone prospecting, and networking within business associations. Once a lead is generated, you will utilize our Salesforce-driven CRM tool, ARES, to track progress from initial contact to deal closure. A key part of your success will be collaborating with internal teams, including operational hubs, supervisors, and drivers, to ensure strategic sales planning aligns with service execution and to resolve any client issues efficiently.
