About the Role
Nauset Disposal is seeking an outgoing and experienced Territory Sales Representative to drive growth in the commercial waste removal and recycling sector. This role serves as the primary bridge between our operational capabilities and a diverse portfolio of clients, including retail, restaurants, office buildings, hotels, and industrial facilities.
In this position, you will manage the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting new accounts through door-to-door visits and networking to closing deals using our Salesforce-driven CRM, ARES. Beyond acquisition, you will act as the main point of contact for your existing book of business, fostering strong relationships to grow revenue and ensure service satisfaction. The role also involves close collaboration with operational hubs, working directly with supervisors and drivers to refine strategic sales planning and account management.
