Nauset Disposal is seeking an outgoing and experienced Territory Sales Representative to drive growth in the commercial waste removal and recycling sector. This role serves as the primary bridge between our operational capabilities and a diverse portfolio of clients, including retail establishments, restaurants, office buildings, hotels, and industrial facilities.
In this position, you will manage the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting new accounts through door-to-door visits and telephone outreach to closing deals. You will build and maintain a robust sales funnel using our Salesforce-driven CRM tool, ARES, to track leads from initial contact to final agreement. Beyond acquisition, you will act as the main point of contact for your existing book of business, fostering strong relationships to grow revenue and ensure client satisfaction.
The role also involves close collaboration with internal teams. You will spend time at our Operational Hubs interacting with supervisors and drivers to refine strategic sales planning and account management. Additionally, you will work across all internal departments to resolve customer issues, execute company initiatives, and ensure client requests are met efficiently.
