About the Role
We are seeking a driven and passionate leader to join our Herndon team. In this role, you will serve as the cornerstone of our client success strategy, servicing an existing portfolio of 2,000 business clients while simultaneously developing new relationships through strategic referrals and leads. Your primary mission is to lead a team to execute these tasks effectively, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and business growth.
As you grow within the company, you will have the opportunity to develop advanced leadership skills, train new team members, and work towards advancement into an Agency Director role. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about relationship-building and community engagement.
Hiring Process
Candidates selected for this role will undergo a 45-day evaluation period before becoming eligible for advancement opportunities. This period is designed to assess performance, cultural fit, and leadership potential within the team.
