About the Role
Nauset Disposal is seeking an outgoing and experienced Territory Sales Representative to drive growth in the commercial waste removal and recycling sector. This role serves as the primary bridge between our operational teams and a diverse portfolio of clients, including retail, restaurants, office buildings, hotels, and industrial facilities.
As the main point of contact for your book of business, you will focus on building lasting relationships, executing service agreements, and addressing customer needs. The position involves a dynamic mix of prospecting new accounts through door-to-door visits, telephone outreach, and networking, while simultaneously managing existing client accounts to ensure satisfaction and revenue growth. You will also collaborate closely with internal departments, supervisors, and drivers to refine strategic sales planning and resolve client issues efficiently.
