About the Role
Nauset Disposal is seeking an outgoing and experienced Territory Sales Representative to drive growth in the commercial waste removal and recycling sector. This role serves as the primary bridge between our operational teams and a diverse portfolio of clients, including retail establishments, restaurants, office buildings, hotels, and industrial facilities.
As the main point of contact for your assigned book of business, you will focus on building lasting relationships, executing service agreements, and addressing customer needs. The position requires a dynamic blend of proactive prospecting—utilizing door-to-door outreach, telephone campaigns, and networking within business associations—and strategic account management. You will leverage our Salesforce-driven CRM tool, ARES, to manage the sales funnel from initial lead generation to deal closure.
A key aspect of this role involves collaborating closely with internal departments, including Operational Hubs, Supervisors, and Drivers. By engaging directly with these teams, you will enhance strategic sales planning and ensure seamless execution of company initiatives to satisfy client requests and resolve issues.
