About the Role

Nauset Disposal is seeking an outgoing and experienced Territory Sales Representative to drive growth within the commercial waste removal and recycling sector. This role serves as the primary bridge between our operational capabilities and a diverse portfolio of clients, including retail establishments, restaurants, office buildings, hotels, and industrial facilities.

In this position, you will not only prospect for new accounts through door-to-door visits, telephone outreach, and networking but also manage an existing book of business. You will act as the main point of contact for current clients, fostering relationships that drive revenue growth while ensuring service agreements are executed effectively. The role requires close collaboration with internal departments, operational hubs, supervisors, and drivers to align strategic sales planning with on-the-ground service delivery and resolve client needs efficiently.
