About the Role
Nauset Disposal is seeking an outgoing and experienced Territory Sales Representative to drive growth in the commercial waste removal and recycling sector. This role serves as the primary bridge between our operational capabilities and a diverse portfolio of clients, including retail, restaurants, office buildings, hotels, and industrial facilities.
In this position, you will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting new accounts through door-to-door visits and networking to closing deals. You will act as the main point of contact for your existing book of business, fostering strong relationships to grow revenue and ensure client satisfaction. The role also involves collaborating closely with operational hubs, supervisors, and drivers to align sales strategies with service execution, ensuring seamless delivery of waste solutions.
