About the Role
We are seeking a driven and passionate leader to join our team and serve a portfolio of 2,000 business clients. This role is designed for someone who thrives on developing new relationships through referrals and leads while effectively leading a team to execute these tasks. As you grow within the company, you will have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills, train new team members, and work towards advancement into an Agency Director role.
Hiring Process
Candidates will undergo a 45-day evaluation period before becoming eligible for advancement opportunities. Successful applicants will be expected to possess a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and authorization to work in the U.S., with a clean background check required.
