About the Role

As an Inbound/Outbound Sales Representative, you will be a vital part of bringing humanity to business. In this onsite role based in Tempe, AZ, you will provide consultative sales support for business clients by taking calls and collaborating with cross-functional teams to present solutions that save customers time and money. Whether you are getting answers quickly, consulting on products with compassion, or resolving issues with a smile, you will be the difference between an average customer experience and an exceptional one.

You will report to a Team Lead and contribute directly to the success of the customer experience and the overall team. This position is designed for those who are results-focused, love to help others, and have a passion for maximizing sales opportunities. You will guide solution-focused conversations, negotiate product knowledge, and collaborate with accounting professionals to assess needs and recommend tailored solutions for small to mid-market businesses.
