About the Role
Nauset Disposal is seeking an outgoing and experienced Territory Sales Representative to drive growth within the commercial waste removal and recycling sector. This role serves as the primary bridge between our operational capabilities and a diverse portfolio of clients, including retail, restaurants, office buildings, hotels, and industrial facilities.
In this position, you will manage the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting new accounts through door-to-door visits and networking to closing deals using our Salesforce-driven CRM, ARES. You will act as the main point of contact for your assigned book of business, fostering strong relationships to grow revenue and ensure client satisfaction. The role also involves close collaboration with internal teams, including Supervisors and Drivers at our Operational Hubs, to align strategic sales planning with on-the-ground execution and resolve client needs efficiently.
