Nauset Disposal is seeking an outgoing and experienced Territory Sales Representative to drive growth in the commercial waste removal and recycling sector. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for a diverse book of business, ranging from retail and restaurants to office buildings, hotels, and industrial clients. Your mission is to build lasting relationships, execute service agreements, and ensure client satisfaction while expanding the company's market presence.
Your day will be a dynamic mix of prospecting and account management. You will actively seek new opportunities through door-to-door visits, telephone outreach, and networking within business associations. Once leads are generated, you will utilize our Salesforce-driven CRM tool, ARES, to track progress from initial contact to deal closure. A significant portion of your time will be spent collaborating with internal teams, including visiting Operational Hubs to interact with Supervisors and Drivers. This collaboration ensures strategic sales planning aligns with operational realities and helps resolve customer issues efficiently across all departments.
