This role is designed for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to grow into an Agency Director position. You will be responsible for servicing existing client relationships while simultaneously developing new business opportunities through referrals and leads.
As a leader within the team, you will execute these tasks effectively by supervising team performance, providing necessary guidance, and mentoring incoming members on company systems and processes. This position offers a clear path for professional advancement, with a structured 45-day evaluation period before eligibility for further growth opportunities.
