About the Role
Nauset Disposal is seeking an outgoing and experienced Territory Sales Representative to drive growth in the commercial waste removal and recycling sector. This role is designed for a proactive individual who thrives on building relationships and expanding our footprint across retail, restaurant, office, hotel, and industrial markets.
In this position, you will serve as the primary point of contact for a dedicated book of business, fostering strong client relationships to grow revenue and ensure service excellence. Your day will involve a dynamic mix of prospecting new accounts through door-to-door visits, telephone outreach, and networking within business associations, alongside managing existing accounts to resolve issues and execute service agreements. You will also collaborate closely with operational hubs, engaging with supervisors and drivers to align strategic sales planning with on-the-ground execution.
