About the Role
We are seeking a driven and passionate leader to join our team in Addison, TX. In this role, you will serve as the bridge between our company and a portfolio of 2,000 existing business clients, while simultaneously driving growth by developing new B2B relationships through referrals and leads.
This position is designed for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Your day-to-day will involve managing client relationships, supervising team performance, and mentoring incoming members on company systems and processes. As you grow within the company, you will have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills and work towards advancement into an Agency Director role.
Hiring Process
Candidates selected for this position will undergo a 45-day evaluation period before becoming eligible for advancement opportunities. This period ensures a mutual fit between the candidate, the team, and our organizational culture.
