About the Role
Nauset Disposal is seeking an outgoing and experienced Territory Sales Representative to drive growth in the commercial waste removal and recycling sector. This role serves as the primary bridge between our operational teams and a diverse portfolio of clients, including retail establishments, restaurants, office buildings, hotels, and industrial facilities.
As the main point of contact for your assigned book of business, you will focus on building lasting relationships, executing service agreements, and addressing customer needs. The position involves a dynamic day-to-day rhythm that blends field prospecting—ranging from door-to-door visits to telephone outreach and networking with business associations—with strategic account management. You will utilize our Salesforce-driven CRM tool, ARES, to manage the sales funnel from initial lead generation to deal closure, while regularly collaborating with Supervisors and Drivers at our Operational Hubs to refine sales planning and ensure seamless service delivery.
