Nauset Disposal is seeking an outgoing and experienced Territory Sales Representative to drive growth in the commercial waste removal and recycling sector. This role serves as the primary bridge between our operational capabilities and a diverse portfolio of clients, including retail establishments, restaurants, office buildings, hotels, and industrial facilities.
As the main point of contact for your assigned book of business, you will focus on building lasting relationships, executing service agreements, and addressing customer needs. The position requires a dynamic approach to prospecting new accounts through door-to-door visits, telephone outreach, and active participation in business associations and networking groups. You will leverage our Salesforce-driven CRM tool, ARES, to manage the sales funnel from initial lead generation to deal closure.
Success in this role involves close collaboration with internal teams. You will spend time at our Operational Hubs interacting with supervisors and drivers to refine strategic sales planning and ensure seamless account management. Additionally, you will work across all departments to satisfy client requests, resolve issues, and execute company initiatives.
