Nauset Disposal is seeking an outgoing and experienced Territory Sales Representative to drive growth in the commercial waste removal and recycling sector. This role serves as the primary bridge between our operational capabilities and a diverse portfolio of clients, including retail establishments, restaurants, office buildings, hotels, and industrial facilities.
As a Territory Sales Representative, you will be responsible for cultivating new business through proactive prospecting strategies such as door-to-door visits, telephone outreach, and active participation in business associations and networking groups. You will leverage our Salesforce-driven CRM tool, ARES, to build and manage a robust sales funnel, tracking leads from initial contact through to the final close of deals.
Beyond acquisition, you will act as the main point of contact for an existing book of business. Your focus will be on developing strong client relationships, driving revenue growth, executing service agreements, and addressing customer pricing or service concerns. The role also involves close collaboration with internal teams, including spending time at Operational Hubs to interact with Supervisors and Drivers, ensuring strategic sales planning aligns with on-the-ground execution.
