About the Role
Nauset Disposal is seeking an outgoing and experienced Territory Sales Representative to drive growth in the commercial waste removal and recycling sector. This role is designed for a proactive individual who thrives on building relationships with a diverse array of clients, including retail, restaurants, office buildings, hotels, and industrial partners.
As the primary point of contact for your territory, you will manage a book of business while actively prospecting new accounts through door-to-door visits, telephone outreach, and networking within business associations. You will leverage our Salesforce-driven CRM tool, ARES, to manage the sales funnel from initial lead generation to deal closure. Success in this position requires close collaboration with internal departments, operational hubs, supervisors, and drivers to ensure strategic sales planning and exceptional client service.
