About the Role

The Sales Representative (Dome and Arch Building Sales) serves as a strategic partner to the Marcus Construction brand, driving growth across the East of Mississippi region. This role focuses on developing new sales opportunities and nurturing existing account relationships within the construction industries, with a specific emphasis on Michigan, Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, Ohio, and Kentucky.

You will act as the bridge between customer business strategies and Marcus Construction's solutions. By understanding client decision-making processes and market dynamics, you will craft paths to negotiate and close new business. Your day-to-day involves conducting sales presentations, coordinating bid proposals, and translating customer insights into actionable growth plans. Success in this role requires a deep knowledge of construction processes and building materials, allowing you to accurately answer customer questions and make informed recommendations.
