About the Role
Nauset Disposal is seeking an outgoing and experienced Territory Sales Representative to drive growth in the commercial waste removal and recycling sector. This role serves as the primary bridge between our operational capabilities and a diverse portfolio of clients, including retail establishments, restaurants, office buildings, hotels, and industrial facilities.
In this position, you will manage the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting new accounts through door-to-door visits and networking, to closing deals and maintaining long-term relationships. You will act as the main point of contact for your assigned book of business, ensuring client satisfaction, executing service agreements, and addressing pricing or service concerns. The role also involves collaborating closely with internal teams, including operational hubs, supervisors, and drivers, to align strategic sales planning with on-the-ground execution.
