About the Role
We are seeking a driven and passionate leader to join our team and serve as a cornerstone for our client success. In this role, you will manage and nurture an existing portfolio of 2,000 business clients while simultaneously developing new B2B relationships through strategic referrals and leads. Beyond individual contributions, you will lead a team to execute these tasks effectively, ensuring high standards of service and performance.
This position is designed for professional growth. As you advance, you will develop your leadership capabilities, train new team members, and work towards advancement into an Agency Director role. You will track daily field activity using our Salesforce-based CRM and contribute to recruiting and leadership development efforts, ensuring the team remains agile and well-prepared.
Hiring Process
Candidates selected for this role will undergo a 45-day evaluation period. Successful completion of this period is a prerequisite for advancement opportunities within the organization.
