Nauset Disposal is seeking an outgoing and experienced Territory Sales Representative to drive growth in the commercial waste removal and recycling sector. This role serves as the primary bridge between our operational capabilities and a diverse portfolio of clients, including retail, restaurants, office buildings, hotels, and industrial facilities.
As the main point of contact for your assigned book of business, you will focus on building lasting relationships, executing service agreements, and addressing customer needs. Your day will involve a dynamic mix of prospecting new accounts through door-to-door visits, telephone outreach, and networking, while simultaneously managing existing client accounts. You will leverage our Salesforce-driven CRM tool, ARES, to track leads and manage the sales funnel from initial contact to deal closure. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with internal teams, including Supervisors and Drivers at our Operational Hubs, to refine strategic sales planning and ensure seamless execution of company initiatives.
